you can allways go to the local auto parts store and pick up a grant steering wheel for short money I think it would be around 90 bucks for a plain old steering wheel, horn, and adapter kit or look around this site theres usually guys selling any part you need. good luck

I have had two grant steering wheels that i bought from the autoparts store with adapters. One thing i have noticed is that they all seem to be a lot smaller than a stock steering wheel, at least all of the ones i have seen. But pricewise, i paid about $60 for one and about $75 for the other, and that is including the adapters. Let us know which wheel you go with

Completely off topic, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who throws things with hoops on it around my shifter for safekeeping. Drives my wife nuts!

Don't they make a Grant or some other type of aftermarket steering wheel that has a center horn button with Ford script on it? Thats what I would want if I got a aftermarket wheel. I kinda like the stocker though.

I got mine from jegs for 127.00 73 bucks cheaper. You can get a ford script horn button for like 9 bucks.

I'm a BIG fan of LeCarra steering wheels. They're definitely not the cheapest, but they are very, very nice. I have fairly large hands and with stock steering wheels my long fingers just aren't comfortable. The larger cross section of the leather wrapped LeCarras feels great.

I bought my first one new and I've since bought several on ebay. (I think I have five.) You can save serious money by buying one on ebay and if necessary you can send it back to LeCarra and have it recovered. IIRC they charge about $60.00 to recover one.

They offer a huge number of adapters, and you can often find used adapters on ebay as well.

Get one from ebay. I have been looking on there for one and you can get the steering wheel and install kit (w/horn button) for half the price than the local auto store.
