The rear door switch is located in 3 locations:

1. The key fob (I prefer the key fob button because I am always afraid if I open from the front, I will open the hatch into an object or passing traffic)
2. Front center console button above the radio/gps
3. In the rear storage compartment on the driver's side of vehicle so you can close it by pushing the button after loading/unloading, so you don't have to wait until seated.

No, the button with the white decal is the traction control on/off switch. The rear hatch button is the furthest right button closest to the passenger side.

Its a great option especially for the wives, that gate can be heavy and cumbersome for them. If you have the factory backup camera and no objects are in the red zone projected lines, the gate has enough room to open. So if you back up to say a garage door, and the garage door is not in the red lines the gate will open and not it the garage door.

The power fold seat is the best option Ford has included on a vehicle ever. I can't believe Chevy and other still make you lug the seats out of the car.

The power seats were the deal breaker for us. After seeing all of our friends with tahoes store their third row seats in their garages because they were too much of PITA to take out and put in we decided that the Expedition was the one for us.

Wonder how hard it would be to add the rear power hatch? I have everything else except that in my Eddie Bauer. Did that only come with NAV Expy's?

funny you say that, theres an expy locally that I'd buy in a heartbeat but its got no power hatch.

the sales guy claims the PH uses a completely different tailgate and theres no way to do it.........If people can swap cummins in f250's, I'm sure theres a way to put a power gate on.

In the event I buy one without the gate, I'll be researching the hell out of it
