I Don't know What that is. But, I hate the mute button!!! I hit it on every call

 

Just download "Phone Tools" from the Market, it locks the screen automatically on a call.
You use the camera button to "Unlock it" My first Android Powered Phone didn't have this Problem, this one did, so I downloaded that application, and BAM! Problem solved.
As for Root, Look it up, it's awesome!
