E350 Van Suspension/Chassis - Same as a F350?
I havn't checked too closely at the newer ones.
But some past models that if seen have been all the same front end parts unless the F seriestruck is a 4x4 than that wouldn't be the same. I think also the rear axel spring locations are in different spots, and I also think the E series frame is wider than the F series but I'm not positve.
And we can't forget Ford changed the lug patter slightly on the newer F series. I don't know the exact year they did that. The E series still uses the old pattern.
I had used front rotors and pads of a 84 E350 and put them on a 89 F250 some years back. That truck was only 2 wheel drive.
