460 New Motor Mount Install Question.

I have a 460 in a class a motorhome that I want to install new motor mounts in.

Would there be any harm in jacking the motor up using a jack with a block of wood under the pan?

It's been done.
I have a piece of 2x6 with a V notch in the end and jack from the counterweight behind the balancer.
