I have an 1997 Expedition that the 4AWD and 4H & 4L were working until a snowstorm last year. It would then only work in 2WD. Changed out the Transfer Case motor with a rebuilt unit. I could then switch between 4AWD and 2H but no 4L or 4H. I just replaced the motor again thinking the rebuilt unit may have been bad but the problem remains. The 4AWD does work in snow etc. but would like to get the 4H and 4L working. Any ideas?
