Who made a Visor for a 55? Love to have one, just like you said, like a bald guy with a rug, need to hide that forehead!

Went to the UFO all Ford Swap Meet to find some parts, saw and talked to Pat Ford, but walked away with out the parts I was looking for...but today went to the Indy Super Swap, again NOTHING for my odd Effie...but I did find a good fender local today, he also had a decent 1956 Small Window Cab, and Title for 1400....something to think about.....but I still need;
  • Dash Cluster
  • Seat
  • Hood
I am hitting U-Pull and pay tomorrow for a seat, the Cluster and hood....well I will keep looking...

If the cab is ok in other respects such as the floor etc why not just rechop it using another good turret and save a lot of work changing cabs just my 2c John

Agreed, if I could find a slant cab, rusty as can be, I would cut the whole top off, and window frames and put my cab back stock, it is scary solid...but one day at a time, wanna get it back on the road, and have some fun!
