The classifieds on this site are a bit tricky to use to find parts you are looking for. At one time there was a link for '48-60 parts at the top of this forum that made it pretty easy but the powers that be decided to "improve" the system and it got less useful.
Here's a little help to use the classifieds:

::whine whine whine::
I have a pretty good sized list of small putzy parts i want to swap out or just plain need replacing. I can live with NAPA's price on a 6v headlight, but stuff like a 50th aniv horn button/steering wheel center ($50 on ebay or MACS Auto) is killin me. Being a cheap bastid (I put the muffler from a '90 Suzuki Katana 750 motorcycle on my beastie cuz it was FREE*) I dont want to pay ebay prices, let alone $14 shipping on a 2 oz piece of plastic. I also need the dash light rheostat from the front of the headlight switch. person on ebay wants $34 for that piece of porcelain and wire.
yah, i know, OEM is hard to come by for 57 year old parts, but geeeez ::whine whine whine:: I'd love to see a stickied thread started in the 48-60 forum for parts available or wanted. I'm jealous of y'all having collected your own private junkyards over the years lol
*btw, that Katana muffler i had laying around was the same diameter os my exhaust stub where it was rotted off under the cab, and the mounting tab even lined right up with a hole in a frame member. *AND* it actually sounds pretty good, plus stopped the snap crackle pop when takin my foot offin the gas.
