That is a Canadian VIN. Basically, it breaks down to a 1952 Ford F-1 pickup, standard trim, conventional cab, built in Windsor, Ontario, and 29510 is the consecutive unit number.
I don't have any paint codes, but that should be readily apparant by looking in the hidden areas; behind the seat, inside the cowl behind the kick panels, etc.

Most of the information on '51 - '52's is the same as for '48 - '50's; mechanically they are "mostly" identical. '52 was a transition year between the flathead-only 48-51's and the OHV mid-fifties ('53 - '56), having both the classic flathead V8 and the new OHV 215-ci 6-cylinder. Among the cogniscenti, the restyled front end of the '51-'52's represents the pinnacle of Ford styling...

Jonod, can you determine what the original color was? Check under the dash, behind the kick panels or around the gas tank.....it would help us figure out what code 39 was.
The shop manual is titled 49-51 and comes with a 52 supplement. That explains a lot about why 52 specific details are hard to come by. Ford was focusing on the new and improved series for '53.
Even stranger is the fact that the series started in 48 but is ignored in the shop manual. Fortunately as Ross said, they're all the same under the skin.
