How many leaf springs in front?
I bought my F250 7.3 SD a few years ago and the previous owner said he lifted the front end to compensate for engine load. I can't see what he might of done other than note there are three leaf springs in the front. Is that standard? The truck sits level but sags a bit when towing our camper. It is a third vehicle so I don't want to spend much but would a 350 block simply keep it more level when towing? Suggestions?

I have a 350 and it has two springs in the front pack.
In the rear, substituting in a 350 block should raise it an additional 1-1/2 inches from a 250's height. You may also need longer U-bolts, depending.
Some catalogs show a longer shock for a 350, as well.
Is that enough to meet your needs?

I went with Firestone airbags to keep level when hauling or towing.
