Dashdaq and Spartan error

Dashdaq and Spartan error
Hey,
I Have a 2004 F350 6.0
I have the dashdaq from spartandieseltech
I got my tunes loaded today and when i go to load a tune i get an error
State Error (1)
Mick from spartan is trying to help but seeing if anyone else has came across this error.

so far these are the things we have found
6.0 = picky with spartan tunes
i have a late 03 model engine the ECU didnt come with a vin
looks like they are going to rewrite my tunes with a fake vin
and write my stock file with my right vin

well tune is loaded...
Loaded up a 90HP tune and its really nice... Runs good, smooth, shifts nice, sounds good, and much faster than before. I will load the 120HP tune once there is no snow on the ground. I did notice that once you hit 3000 rpm thats when the truck really feels strong and load... not much smoke either so thats a plus.
