Yep, thats the setup that got mass air first. Mine is the same way. When I first bought it back in 99, I thought it might be a California truck. I'm glad its not.

Well that freakin sucks. I was thinking that maybe the clasps broke and you could just reattatch them.

Any luck finding a replacement air box?
