no owait to start light

no owait to start light

here is the problem .
i have an 06 f650 with a cat c7 i came in this morning and i have no wait to start light i checked all fuses and relays they are all good all the truck will do is turn over but will not start
any ideas

It should still start without the grid heater, it just takes a little more cranking as the temp drops. Below 30* is where it would be necessary for starting. Plus, the heater wont come on at roughly 50* or higher.

it is kept at about 75 in our shop at all times so it wiuldent be the temp

That's what I'm saying. At 75, the heat circuit wont come on at all.

it sounds like maybe even the solanoid on the injectoer pump is not getting any power.
