I aquired a older Miller Big 40 welder that Ive cleaned up and am getting running.
I think i have everything I need but I cant find a new faceplate , the part with the setting numbers on it.,
Mine is faded out so bad you cant read it anymore.
Any leads on where I could buy a new one or even get a clear picture so I could get one made up.

Try weldingweb.com, they are a forum specifically for welding. Lots of info on the older stuff like that, they were the only place I could find any info on replacing the gun on my old Hobart.

 

What I would do is find a large image using google and use it as a template to draw over in photoshop, paint, visio, or whatever drawing software you have. Here is a medium image, not that it's useful to you, but you can get the idea as this pic has some detail. I'd have searched for a larger image but I'm using my cell phone, and it choked on larger images.
