You'd think so, but that's not the case. Look at the truck specs on www.fleet.ford.com.

My GAWR for the rear axle is only 6,290 lbs because of those 17" wheels and tires. The 18s are equipped with a tire that gives it a rating of up to 7,000 lbs.

This is my first SD 99 F250 PS. Have since bought a 01 F350 dually which I think will handle the load much better. Got to get pic of it and rig together!!

I cant believe that's it no more super duty's working. The rest are mall trucks, come on guys lets see them.

Here's my heavy hauler LOL. It does what it was purchased for just fine.



There is usually another snowmobile on there, making it weigh ~2200 lbs. And some gear/equipment in the bed.

15' long carpet roll, around 300 lbs

And a mower and other equipment i had to bring to vermont


It will do more.. eventually

It is a little bit, i'd love to give towing my uncles 2 axle trailer and bobcat a shot but i dont have a Trailer brake controller. So stopping wouldn't be fun lol

Here's a shot I took of me bringing home a basket-case Mustang I bought a couple weeks ago. During the 200 mile round trip we hit rain, sleet and snow but it still beat going Christmas shopping!

What year mustang is that? I bought a new one back in 1990 a twin to that.
