VIN number dimlema

Well i am back with another question.
From appearance my truck is a 1969 f250 4x4 Front dana 44 and rear dana 60 and dana a dana 24 transfer case. The truck is Red and white in color with the ranger package, it also has what appears to be a factory AC setup in the cab and an AC compressor under the hood.
There are two VIN taggs on the driver side door, there is one rivetted on the door and one screwed on the door.
The rivetted and titled is (F25HRF31907) and the one screwed on the door is (F26YRN60969).
Can someone please decode both for me?
Which is the more desireable truck, I dont know why there would be 2 vin plates.
When i purchased the truck it had Alaska license plates, i am not sure if this helps at all.

H in 1969 is a 390 NOT a 351 (no such thing in a stock '60 eras Ford Truck).

H code was the 351W 2V in cars (Cougar, Fairlane, Montego and Ranchero) and the 390 2V in trucks.

My 1971 Ford owner's manual states that Ford stamped the VIN into the right frame side rail. On 4x4 it is located "8 inches from the front of the frame rail". On 4x2 it is "24 inches in front of the first body outrigger". Maybe that number will match one of your body VINs.

The 390 was not ever offered by Ford in a 4x4 F-series pickup. If your truck is an original pre-78 V8 4x4 it would have a 360 in it. The 78-up trucks offered a 400 V8 in the 4x4.

Good idea to check the frame rail (unless it has a third VIN). It's gotta be the F26Y..... VIN if it is a 4x4 unless someone before you has done some swapping.

I tried to find my VIN on the frame with no luck. As an F250 4x4, I looked thoroughly around 8" from the front on the right frame rail. I am assuming right means passenger side (checked drivers side too, but nothing there either). Just in case I somehow have a 2x4 frame, I also check 24" in front of the first outrigger too. Nothing there. Looked on top of frame under passenger seat area as well - nothing. All I've gotten for my effort are some clean frame rail sections. Did Ford always stamp the frame?

While we're talking VIN, from the door and various paperwork my VIN is F26YRK03883. That appears to decode appropriately to a '71 F250 4x4 made in San Jose. I'm not sure about the rest though if anyone can clarify:

wheel base 131 - ok it's a longbed
color K - anyone know what color this is (should be green)
Body 6 - standard cab I'm assuming
Axle 4 - If we're talking front it's got a Dana 44 6CF - do I have a match?
Trans A - ok, NP 435
Axle 24 - if we're talking rear it's got a Dana 60. Match?

Appreciate any and all info.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say someone put a 4X2 body (F25) on a 4X4 frame (F26) and screwed the 4X4 vin plate on the door to let you know that the body and frame have different VIN's.
