Actually Corey, I think you're off the hook for this one. Sean's coming over tonight to help me piece it together. If I have time anyway, its been a pretty busy week so far.

Reason: Bad grammar ;)
Dropped the transfer case on the '79. The other TC I bought for it has different yokes and splines. At least now I know the difference between a NP203 from a 76 vs a 79.
Bought a cheapo set of floor mats and some new Bridgestone A/T for the '07, she gets around soooooooo much better now and the steering wheel no longer jerks to the right.
I know that there is a similar thread in each model's repective sections, but I figured that the Montana Chapter could use one so here it goes:
I recently rebuilt the 351M out of my truck and reinstalled it. Also put in a new seat, ignition switch and tumbler, rebuilt front cv and rear drive shafts, new steering gear box, and new radiator. Im sure I forgot something but more to follow....
I think I need to do the same thing. I have like three inches of play in my steering wheel, and the other day when I slowed down to turn into my driveway, I got what they call the death wabbles. My truck was shacking so bad, I thought I was gonna break the studs off the axles. I need a steering box, and everything that has to do with the front steering. I have a 79, but with a modified 400. Has almost 4000 miles on it now. I have to pull the tranny at some point, and braze a new ear on the tranny, and get it rebuilt. I have some Hts2000 brazing rod for building up a new ear, and gonna get a transgo rebuild kit.
After I replaced the track bar bushings, steering gear, power steering pump, and associated lines the ol girl drove like a new vehicle. I would highly recommend it.
