takes a while to warm up

when I first start my 04 6.0 it runs rough till starts getting up to temp and will hardly excellerate

Chech the FICM.............I was having the same issue.....I called Ed @ ficmrepair.com and talked to him.....

What kind of oil and filters are you running? Have you had the truck code scanned?
