2002 Expedition Troubles

I have a 2002 Expedition with the 5.4 I have a constant misfire on #8. I have replaced the plug, coil and injector, but can't clear the problem. Any ideas or suggestions?

Double check your connections at the injectors and the coils.

Additionally, check that pins 79 and 98 on the 104-pin connector of the PCM are not growing "green stuff".
