1996 f150 new brakes problems

I have 1996 f150 2X4. Replaced my brake rotors, wheel bearings and new performance brake pads a week ago. Everything went on smooth as butter, but now I keep on hearing this popping/clicking sound when I release my brake pedal or turn right. I torqued bearing nut to a spec and caliper compressed all the way and went over brake pads like it should. Brake pads seem kind of thick to me and I can't turn a rotor by hand much while pads and caliper are on. Also replaced caliper bolds and sliders(greased) today, but problem is still there. Any input or suggestions would be very helpful.
