85.5 up are a bolt in. 79 requires some lift to clear the pumpkin, and they are hard to find in the Dana 60 version. All 85.5-up solid axles are Dana 60. Most 79 axles are Dana 44 axles.
You will need the springs, as F250's use a reverse arch, and the steering components, tie rods, drag link, etc. F350's also use a track bar, but some say they're not necessary unless you off-road or have it lifted.
