I'm getting studs, egr delete, oil cooler, what else do i need?

Hey guys, I could use your advice. I have a May/04 F-350 4x4, auto, dually (VIN P) with the 6.0 and 119,000 miles on it, that I just put in the shop this week to get some critical work done. Here's what I have in mind:

-ARP studs
-Black Onyx head gaskets
-EGR delete kit (from extreme diesel power)
-Oil cooler (ford)
-Sct programmer (with 3 included tunes + 3 custom tunes) What tunes should I get and where from?
-New upgraded oil stand pipes
-Injector o-rings (teflon)
-Upgraded HPOP T-fitting
-Oil plugs (not sure what they are)
-Intake gaskets
-Exhaust gaskets
-Clean turbo
-Coolant filter
-Change all fluids (its had motocraft in it, what a good upgrade?)
-Deck the block
-Magnaflux and mill the heads for warpage. ( how much should i safely go)

I want to add some gauges but I'm not sure what I need?
what else would you guys do while you had it tore down if it was yours?
This is my daily driver and I very rarely pull a trailer over 10k
Thanks guys

Why are you doing all this? If you are doing for just to race the ricers, or the cumin boys, you are just going to spend a lot of money. But good luck with it.

I am doing this because I bought the truck 3 months ago, its an ex-government truck, and I dont know how well its been taken care of. 2-weeks after I bought it the #8 injector went out, I had it changed, cost me about 600 bucks. Then a month later the giant o-ring in the intake blew out and it started leaking coolant faster than I could put it in. I want to go through it now and get it in good shape so I dont have to wonder and worry about it as much, and yeah i know its going to cost allot, but I'm married, and if I dont spend some of it on stuff I want, then the wife will blow just blow it on shoes and purses and scentsy junk,

Dang, when you say government truck I hope you don't mean military abused. From what I have seen alot of the State and Township trucks get treated and maintained pretty well, but I would be wary of anything that was used by the military, these boys beat the **** out of everything, a bunch of generation WHY brats that never had to work for anything in their lives and don't know how to treat anybodies property with respect. Good luck with it.

Does it matter why we spend a ton of money on our trucks? NO !!! Its our passion and love. If we want to be able to bury the pedal and make our truck jump then that is what we should do. If we want to leave it stock and just give it great maintenace so it lives a long life for us as a daily driver then thats what we should do. We are do things to our trucks for our own reasons. Its not a big c**k thing. its what we enjoy. I love my truck. bought it new in 04 and it was a 2005. Dropped another 25K on top of the sticker price to put the toys and goodies I wanted. Looked at new ones this year and thought 60K was to dam expensive beings I only had 58,000 miles on mine. Decided to give it a remodel job. Did a bunch of work on the motor and bought her some new goodies. Another 10K and my truck runs better and looks better then it ever has. Thats at least why I did all of the stuff to my truck. Everyone has their own reason for what they do to thier trucks. We are all here to learn and help each other if we have the knowledge. I thank all of the guys on this site as much as possible as they are a true wealth of information.

Good Deal!

Upgraded turbo drain tube.
Clean the turbo while it's out (edit: you already have it listed)
Maybe a CCV filter

I really like Eric at innovatives extreme street tune. It's mainly what I run my truck on.

It's bigger.

Might do the ICP if yours in in the rear as it'll fail pretty soon and you might as well do it while it's easy to get to . get it off ebay for $50

Yup, it's bigger which allows the oil to drain faster which I believe helps prevent oil from coking in the turbo. I think it's like $26, I know it wasn't too pricey.
