This truck that Im looking to buy has 190000miles on it what should I be looking at as far as the motor,I am not a diesel man, it has standard guages what pressures should I be getting, any info would be helpful, or should I have a mechanic look at it first Thanks Southern Hunter

The dash gauges are pretty much worthless, so unless something looks really wrong, don't pay much attention to them. I'd start by pulling the lid off the air filter and inspecting the inside of the intake tube going to the turbo for any signs of dirt or dust inside it. If you find it dirty, get a mechanic to check for a dusted turbo or a dusted engine. If the inside looks good, read this link for more stuff to look at. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...questions.html
