Exclamation Gettin ready to order front end parts...

Hey everybody,
Im gettin ready to order upper/lower ball joints left/right, inner/outer tie rod ends, end links left/right, and Rancho 9000 shocks front/rear.

Have I forgotten anything?? These would be Moog brand, atleast. Any input would be great and yes, I'm having front end issues at 110k miles on my 04 6.0L.

Thanx!!

If it is a4x4 replace the front axle shaft u-joints, under40$ each and you will save mucho labor, even running with the hubs unlocked in 2wd the can cause handling problems and wobbles when the begin to get sticky.

You might want to include a replacement or additional steering stabilizer with your shock purchase. I think Rancho makes a matching stabilizer, but someone will definitely chime in here.

Is there a SPONSOR on this site that has the stuff? I'd rather buy from here first.

Don't forget the axle seals for the ESOF which are available from Ford. I just rebuilt my front end and my seals were bad causing problems with the 4WD locking in in auto.

How much do you want to spend

You'll have the unit bearings out. Want to replace them?

If your truck has lots of 4WD miles, then replace the spindle bearings too. Otherwise just grease them.

I might have 40 4x4 miles on it. I did check out Rock Auto, wow, they are cheaper than other places I checked!! I will go with the Rancho 9000s and that will be the first event. Axle seals are gonna be done too.

Thanx everybody!!
