116- ECT out of self test range
114- ACT out of self test range
636- TOT sensor voltage out of self test range

I'm not a major mechanic, or anything, but my friend had the same problem, check vacuum lines, idle air control, make sure sensors are plugged in, hell, make sure the fuel pump and filter are in good condition.

Did you have the motor/trans both up to full running temp before running self test?

If not warm it up first, run the self test again.

Kinda hard to interpret your response, does that mean it was cold? If so those codes are meaning less as far as trouble shooting help. However does show the pcm knows the motor is cold and gave the proper response.

Won't idle idles slow just dies, does that mean you can't keep it running? working with it feathering the throttle a tad just to keep it running long enough to warm it up so you can get a good self test result?

What was the results of the fuel pressure readings?

Did you resolve the other codes though. If they are still present, there are probably still other issues.
