I have to say you have the best looking 2011 I've seen. It's perfect, color, canopy. That bedrug is great as well. I now know what I aspire my truck to be. Congrats!

That is a really nice looking color...Don't think I've seen it before. Cap and rug look great also.!!
Are those OEM Nerf Bars or aftermarket (If so, What Brand?)
Thanks,

Thanks, and the steps are OEM. They look good when they're clean but it's a PITA to clean between all the raised skids! They certainly are sturdy though.

I'm not sure how well the chrome job is gonna hold up. Some have reported imperfections with theirs almost right away. I'm anxious to see how they look in the spring after a Chicago winter.

In the future I may go to some that are easier to keep clean and of better quality, we'll see what happens...

Thanks, I assumed they were OEM, because they look good. I can't seem to find any aftermarkets that I like!

The cap is an ARE Z series. Best looking cap out there IMO. No ugly ***** or exposed hardware. Very clean and sleek look.

I've got nothing but the highest praise for ARE. The workmanship is beautiful, the color match is perfect and they don't leak.

The first pic is the virgin, then a couple with the cap.
Do you have the tail gate step on your truck?? Also is the lock on the ARE cap scratching the top of the tail gate plastic?? Thanks for your time...

Yes I have the step which is still fully usable. I removed the assist bar and replaced the plastic tailgate liner with the model for the non-step so I didn't have all the curves and dips.

No, the lock does not come in contact with the tailgate top. If I think about it I'll try and snap a photo of the inside of the glass to show you what it looks like.

fz1dave,

Great looking truck! I just placed an order for a 2011 F350 with the 6.7 in the same color except with the two-tone paint. I was looking at the ARE Z series or the Snugtop Supersport. Your pictures of your truck and cap are really helping me out with which way to go. The paint match looks fantastic. Would you mind letting me know what you paid for your cap? Also, did you get the keyless remote option? If you did, how well does it work?

I plan to get the Bedrug as well. The cheapest place I've found so far is on Amazon for $397 shipped.

Thanks again for posting up the pics.

Brian

The paint match is perfect and no, I didn't get the keyless remote. The cap will run you in the area of $2000 with tax.
