93 2.3 Ranger lower rad hose clamp type, screw or spring clamp?

Doing some minor detailing underhood of our 93 Ranger 2.3 we've had since new. I've got all new nos Motorcraft hoses and some original spring clamps. When I took all the hoses off they were all cheap aftermarket hoses we replaced years ago. I actually like the factory spring type clamps. I'm doing the lower radiator hose to the water pump connection. It's kind of hard to access behind the alternator bracket. I'm trying to figure out would it originally have been a wire scre type hose clamp or still a spring clamp? Trying to do a light running restoration of it. It's been in the family since new. Trying to use as many nos parts as possible. Already had the factory window sticker remade.
