For those of you who traded a 2008-10 model truck for a 11, does the front wheel well openings/contours look much different? (non factory front flare vehicles). Warn has no plans at the moment to make there 4X flares for the new trucks, but was wondering is a 2010 model might line up? As long as it fits the contours I'm not worried about bolt hole locations matching up. I believe warn has you drill new holes anyways.

It sure looks like a different contour to me. I don't see how 2008 style flares would possibly match up.

For a minute there I thought this post was going to be about the cardboard inner fenders on these trucks! Am I the only one that thinks that is useless?

 

On my '11 as compared to my '08 I had, the wheel well shape is different and there is a "suggestion" of fender flare stamped in the sheet metal.

 

Thats kinda what I figured. After posting this I looked at some stainless steel trim and they listed different part numbers for the different years. I actually have a 450 with the factory fenders, I just wanted something a little more streamline and work better with the running boards I have off my old truck (I'm gonna to have to cut the bottom off the factory flare to get them to fit).
