What have you done to your truck today?

That'd be the stuff. I sort of got into the habit of using it in my motorcycle.
Well, this afternoon I finished installing my home made H-Pipe. Sorry no pics, I am too ashamed of my welding skills to show it off. Anyways, WOW what a difference one little cross over pipe makes. The sound inside the cab is much better. Its less high pitched, and more throaty in mid to high revs. Its also much quieter on the highway. Let me tell you guys, if you are thinking of doing an h-pipe, don't hesitate. Do it, you will like the results!!

That stuff should do a good job of keeping the motor clean. I don't know what brand I am running in my diesels right now. I was running Conoco Fleet Supreme for a couple of yrs. However, when that drum ran out Conoco decided their oil was made of gold and wanted as much for it as a drum of Rotella costs at Sam's club. So I went with something else this time. It has been pretty good, but , I don't run it over 5k and use a heavy duty oil filter with every oil change.

It's hard to justify running the furnace in the shop all the time just to work for a couple of hours (really impacts the gas bill). Things really slow down in winter for me.

Must be nice. We just got out of a freezing spell last week. Almost never got above 0 (or just barely above that). Just got 4 inches of snow yesterday, freezing rain last night and this morning, and calling for another 7 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow.

As for running the heater in the shop, I designed my shop and have 6" walls with blown fiberglass in them with 1" of styrofoam on the outside beneath the siding. Insulated stem wall, 12" of fiberglass in the ceiling of the 1st floor, and 9" of fiberglass in the ceiling of the 2nd floor - aka attic. We've never even noticed the extra heating or cooling load on the bill.
And for what I did "with" my truck (yesterday), I used it to make a 60 mile round trip to get a mattress and box springs for the neighbor. He met me there and then I followed him home. I think he was a bit surprised when we got on US169 and the old truck was right there behind him. He kept bumping the speed up and I kept following until we were cruising a bit above the traffic's speed and I was still there, putt-putting along at 2000 RPM.

I put a set of Westin Nerf Bars that I just bought for $50 on my truck last night. The seller said they came off of his uncles '88 F-150.

Front bolt installed to Cab Body Mount Bushing. I still have to change out the front cab body mount bushings with the new polyurethane ones that I have. Hopefully, I will get to that sometime by this spring or summer.;

Sorry, I forgot to take any pictures of the passenger side installed. I think my wife will really enjoy using these to get in and out of the truck. I think this is a good investment for $50.

I have always liked the Goodyear Gatorbacks. I use them on everything I own, and have for years.

I kinda sorta fixed the stereo with the wrong install kit, some 1' electrical tape, and a chunk of black plastic from the wife's garden border thing. It looks OK, but the stereo is not very good, the detachable face is held on with duct tape, and the display is unreadable in sunlight. Stopped by the JY, I can get the nice woodgrain Ranger dash piece and the factory am/fm for $40. Think I'll do it, I only use 1 frequency of FM to listen to my XM so don't really need a high end stereo, besides I only have 1 speaker.

A source of Gatorback V-belts
Go to ebay and type in Goodyear Gatorback and the number desired for your belt. Then, look for the one being offered by the designated seller.
