Per my 6.7 Diesel supplement page 37.

LOW FUEL PRESSURE MESSAGE
The engine is equipped with a low fuel pressure detection system. If the
message center displays: LOW FUEL PRESSURE the following
explains why and what to do:
• Cold start or cold operation (below 32°F (0°C): If this message
appears during a cold start or during cold operation up to 10 minutes
after the initial cold start, monitor the message center. If it disappears
and does not re-appear after the engine has fully warmed up, the low
fuel pressure message is most likely caused by waxed or gelled fuel.
Do not use alcohol based additives to correct fuel gelling. This may
result in damage to the fuel injectors/systems. Use an anti-gel additive
as listed in Maintenance product specifications and capacities
section in this chapter. The customer warranty may be void from using
additives that do not meet or exceed Ford specifications.
If the low fuel pressure message persistently appears after re-fueling
during the cold start and cold operation conditions defined previously
and then disappear when the engine has fully warmed up, consider
different fuel sources.

I had this pop up yesterday (14 degree start) and the day before with a temp pretty close (it was 9 degrees this morning and is a blistering 17 right now). The "Low Fuel Pressure" popped up on the screen so I hit "OK" and it went away. I took it easy (as I always do on a start up) and all was fine. I have some PowerSource in the tank and just hope the fuel company did their job with the winter blend. No other issues.

I've replaced 2 low pressure fuel pumps for that. Pressure gauge needs to be installed up by the top fuel filter.

Warrantied? Or not?

Worries me more because both of you are using a fuel conditioner.

Yeah, exactly- I use it too. Every tankful; the reason it worries me is the few explanations about why it's happening is being blamed on the fuel gelling, the conditioners should prevent this- so it nulls those explanations, which leaves us waiting for a better one.

It seems to be fine. It's freezing out, literally. She has been running like a champ. Love the looks on people's faces as they give me the "I
Will give you everything I own to drive that truck in the winter" look LOL.

It couldn't hurt. Let them know that the low fuel press light comes on.

If no problems arise, when I warms up a few degrees and I do/don't see the warning I will post and go from there. I think it's the extreme weather but you are the Master brother LOL

Its supposed to never get below 50 psi at idle. The last one I did was 48 psi. After replacing the pump, the reading was 75.
