Haha, things are goin good, like chad said, i was in the ER for an "Impacted colon", that basically means the wife was right and I really was full of S**T lol. Other than that things are goin well, weather is startin to get a little cool and we got a little snow up in the hills. With the snow flyin this soon I decided to sell hoss and get a 4wd. I did find a sploder 2dr for sale I would like to have but also a screamin deal on a 1 ton 4x4 single rear wheel crew cab with a 351 auto. just not real sure what I'll end up gettin?? The wife has another surgery scheduled in Dec for her neck, it started hurtin awhile back and they did some x-rays and found out that 2 discs in her neck are cracked just below the 2 she already had replaced so maybe that will help. The MIL is still the MIL :-( Benny seems to be adjusting well and makin lots of friends but that has never been a problem for him lol. He is really liking school since they only go 4 days a week here and get a 3 day weekend every week (where was that when i was in school??).
Well thats whats goin on here, whats happenin down that way>>
Shadow died a while back. Ben is adjusting, and so are we. Trying to get Jr. and Green ready for a Utah trip starting the weekend of May 20th next year. Clint and Garrett are still busy as ever. Clint is going with me next May and Garrett is going to try to go too. Clint wants to get Curtis's engine going and another engine going for my brothers truck. Clint's going to use Green for a 4x4 club run tomorrow. Then I need to start pulling the front apart. It needs ball joints for an alignment. Then he's going up to Tuttle next weekend. I was going to take Jr. to the EF Colorado Colors run in sept. and then off for a trip with Larry. But it started making rear end noise. A pinion bearing is bad and the R&P has some excessive wear. I'll order parts monday. Going with Sierra R&P and Temkin bearings this time. The $150 set from the dirt track race shop didn't cut it. Had to take Green instead. Green still runs warm climbing the high pass trails in Colorado. So I had to skip the CCR and just did the flatter stuff with Larry. Gonna put a tk trans with a lower first gear in Green. The M5OD just has a 3.4 first. It don't go near slow enough right now. The TK has a 4 to 1 first. And the TK is short enough to put my stubbler behind it.
Green list: Front ball joints and service wheel bearings, new shackles and bushings in the rear, Alignment, trans and stubler swap, and try to get rid of the fuel smell, check fluids and change tires.
Jr. list: Rear end fixed so I don't have to go through it again in 5 thousand miles, after market trans shifter- Can't get it locked into 1st right now with the factory shifter, replace the broken drivers seat back, Check fluids and change tires.
