Hard starting

I guess I should say long crank time, 3-5 seconds when cold. Starts right up in less then a second when it's warm. It just started doing this a month ago, last oil change/ fuel filter was a couple months ago, around 5k miles. Any guesses?

Could be a number of things .... FICM or injectors are most common.

fcim was 48v, I did find that the intake tube from the filter to turbo was off on one side. Hopefully it'll fix it and nothing went in there. Turbo vanes looked fine.

Good thing you caught it quickly - it can definitely damage the turbo blades. Keep us informed on the starting. BTW - (in case you didn't) when you test the FICM, do so at KOEO, cranking, and at 2k rpms.
