Hello everyone I have a question I own a 2005 6.0 crewcab short wheel base truck I am going into the engine early 2011 one of the thing is exhaust stacks i was told if i go with 5 inch exhaust stacks that they will hit a 5th wheel camper when i am turn it is this true i really want the stacks but i need it to tow a 5th wheel with no problems thanks

 

with stacks on your truck you are going to put all of your exaust on your 5th wheel

 

not if they are turn the right way.turn them out and the smoke should miss your 5th wheel.that's why semis have there's.As for hitting your 5th wheel how tight of a turn do you need to make just don't jack it around and you will be fine

 

Being able to jack knife a gooseneck or fifth wheel is something I do a lot. I wouldn't do something that might inhibit that. It's you're truck, but for a couple of reasons I wouldn't go with stacks, but that would be just me though.
