hmmm, funny this thread came back to life. I've been day dreaming all day of finding a Bullnose stepside to restore instead of my 86 longbed. Any updates on the restoration Original Poster?

The transmission finally let go (broke the mounts and everything) so its currently up in the air and is in the process of getting a new 4 speed when I get it back the lowering springs I got are going in and the search for a 429 or 347 begins lol

Bummer about the transmission. The rest of the progress looks great, though.
