Viberation at 55 mph
I use the nvh app it says I have 1st order tire speed related virabation it vibrates at 04 expedition
I had my tires road force balance it didn’t solve the issue any suggestion

I replaced my brake rotors to fix the vibration on my 03 Expedition.

Have an alignment shop check the front end parts for you. Typical culprits are the inner tie rods and/or the lower front ball joints. If you're getting a click from the rear corners in early morning slow speed sharp turns it is probably the rear lower "ball joint bushings" too.
