1997 4.2 ltr swap with a 2008 4.2 ltr

I have a 1997 F150 and the engine is tiered. I found a 2008 F150 that has a good engine and was wondering what if any problems i will have?

You swap everything around the long block. Intake and top end has to swap as the 05-later use electronic throttle.

There is a YouTube of a fellow who did an ‘05 4.2 swap into a ‘97 truck. Use his cliffs notes.
