will a 300 ci motor bolt in place of a 223

can a 300 mate to 223 bell housing ? what other differance are there in these blocks that would be in changing to the bigger engine? thanks for any info.

Engine mounts--300s are on the sides, where are they on the 223?

Intake/exhaust is on the passenger side for the 300, driver side for the 223.
