Are you attempting to re-use it? If not, I would just cut it off with a right angle grinder. Is a new one terribly expensive? If it's got 130K on it you're not going to get cheated out of that much.

Put a floor jack underneath it and apply very light pressure. It will stop it from spinning and you can back it out with an impact.

(Passenger side) tie rod end from the knuckle. The Whole Stud turns.
Mike Mc,C.: Apply Pressure to what Part??
Nailer: Cut off the Nut or Stud?
I.B: I would like to Reuse it. Not sure if just that joint is replaceable.

I replaced the whole tie rod. The joint is not serviceable.

When I did mine the joint would spin no matter what I tried. Pickle fork, weight, turning the wheels, etc. I ended up cutting across the nut about 1/8" from the knuckle.
When it was about 2/3 way through the cut I was able to break it off with some careful hammer blows.

IIRC the replacement tie-rods and connector were under $150.
