Engine Block; Black; Valve covers Ford Red; Air Breather Semi-Gloss Black.
All the interior colors I can't tell ya, but grille I would paint it Wimbledon White; hubcaps & Wheels; It would depend on body color. Example RED, Black , White body; Red wheels; is my choice. HUbcap either white same as grille or Sliver is my two choices.

G = Chicago IL Assembly Plant.
480521 = 1964, assembled December 1963.
128" Wheelbase.
B = Caribbean Turquoise.
F250 2WD, 7500 lbs. GVWR
L81: L = Medium Green Crush Vinyl & Medium Green Check Stripe Woven Plastic / 81 = 81A Standard Cab.
F = Borg Warner T-98 4 Speed Manual Transmission.
23 = In-correct rear axle code for an F250.
7500 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
132 net HP @ 3600 RPM
55 = St. Louis MO Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
Standard Cabs came with painted grilles and hubcaps. Ford did not offer aluminum or chrome hubcaps for anything. F100 Custom Cabs came with stainless hubcaps.
F250's were not available with stainless hubcaps until 1967.
The Standard Cab grilles were painted Corinthian White, the hubcaps were either in the same color white, or were painted argent....both with red FORD letters.
The wheels could be black, or Wimbledon White.
