WOW had no idea about the front tire pressure thing! I've been running my load range E's at 70 PSI front (are 80 PSI max)... I just don't like the look of tires that are all bowed out on the sides @55, they look so under inflated it's ridiculous. NOW I'm not saying I'm right running them at 70 psi, but I haven't had any problems with them that high, truck still rides nice and straight on the highway and doesn't wander or anything. Again, I'm not saying that I'm right in doing that, but it's working for me.

As for the RPM's 3.55's spin ALOT less than the 4.10's do. My truck hits 80 on the highway daily (2250ish?) no problem. NOT a very fuel efficient speed though, tell you that right now.

RRranch, I've never heard of getting 28. Even at 55. WOW. Downhill tailwind too? That just surprises me.

Robb, I run my fronts at 65, I don't like the looks of 55 either. Rears are at 80, but there is ususally a trailer on too.

It must have been 'a shaved rabbit panther hybrid with a turbine engine attached on ice with an unusually strong tailwind, driven by an over caffeinated fighter pilot, down a ski jump in Switzerland in better than ideal conditions'

YouTube - Comcast - Fastest Fast TV Commercial

Sorry for the and I mean no disrespect rranch, just needed a laugh and wanted to share...

Dually with 4.10s and a 5 speed isn't going to get very good mileage no matter what you do.

I was being real real easy on the gas pedal that trip. We were either in ice or snow from the NC side of the mountains on 40 all the way to Amarillo. That trip sucked. I usually get 20 mpg on the highway but honestly I never go over 65 unless someone pisses me off. Last month or so I haven't gone much over 55. NOT using the cruise helps a lot on fuel mileage. I'm on a mission to max this thing out mileage wise and I'm keeping records for proof.

Diesel has gone up about a dollar in the last year in case noone has noticed. It's on its way back to 5. I'm trying to figure this out before it happens.

These were on my parts truck and I'm putting them on my 94 now. FuelMaster Order Form
Independent, U.S. EPA Accepted Lab tests for FuelMaster show an average of 11.6% better highway fuel economy. FuelMaster owners have reported and average savings of 8% - 18%. The environment is something we all want to take care of so isn't it nice to know you can do your part by lowering your vehicles emission pollution & save money at the same time using FuelMaster products??

"the most successful product in the world!"

well the last owner of my truck bought two of them for the low low price of 99.99 each. I might as well use them.

2.) The FuelMaster is the solution to this problem. When the fuel is passed through the fuel saver, the hydrocarbon molecules are temporarily ionized and create positively aligned molecules. The ionized hydrocarbon fuel results in a complete combustion when in contact with the negative oxygen (air-fuel mixture in the engine).

I got 28 mpg on my last fill up but that was driving 55 or less. Still I did have the hubs locked the whole time and was in and out of 4 wheel drive.
Careful , some oil company exec is going to put a contract out on you ....

BRING IT ON! I'm armed and married to a yankee with a attitude. And she's armed too.

I just put them on. Not sure if I got the right line or not. I put them on the top one in the frame coming out of the tank selector. If it doesn't work then it must be the wrong line. It can't possibly be this fine piece of technology can it?????

If they work half as good as my chrome studded ground straps and my chrome curb feelers then I'll be happy. I got one of those intake tornado things around here somewhere too. I need to go find that next!

4.10s, 5 spd with dp chip and 6637 get 18mpg going 50-55(18-1900rpms), once i hit 65-70(24-2500rpms) drops to 16. i drive to get best mileage, but only got 19 once or twice. would bigger tires help highway?

Anything above 2K RPM's and you're going to be sucking down fuel. Do you have a boost gauge? Try and drive with little or no boost, that's going to be your best bet. 4.10's w/ dually you're just not going to see great millage at all. by bigger, if you mean taller w/ the same width then yes, maybe a little bit, but don't go wider as you will just be adding resistance. 18 MPG's really doesn't seem all that bad in your configuration

oh WOOPS! sorry man though i red dually somewhere. at 2500 rpm's 16 is very respectable. keeping it under 2k you will find best millage. 4.10's are just not a good highway gear for millage... could swap for 3.55's if you wanted to
