EBP sensor issues

I have a 2005 F-350 superduty completely stock. I have about 208K on her. Recently I got a CEL P0401. I removed the pipe going into the exhaust manifold which was pretty clear. I cleaned it out anyway just to make sure it was clean. The sensor on the other hand was pretty coked. I bought a new sensor and they told me it was the new style. Got home put it in the new sensor and she seemed to be running good. So I thought i fixed the issue. I left worked stepped on the pedal. My boost got to about 30-35 and then I blew the hp side rubber hose off the turbo. Put it back together and drove maybe another mile or so and the hose blew off again. Needless to say I made it home and put the old sensor back on. I bought a scangageII to read my EBP but when I put in the info to pull the PID I get a blank reading. Any help will work thanks!
