Does your 03 have a recirculating ball?
I think the F150 went to rack & pinion in 04, and we did bought a 2004 rack&pinion but it was way too long from end to end and the geometry just didn't work out. We finally settled on the Ranger. We used a 2008 Ford Ranger (not to be mistaken with the F100 / F150 Series Ranger). It's the smaller model. I'm in Argentina. Best. Gary

 

Yes Gary I it's a recirculating ball so I really want rack and pinion. We have range models here that are smaller and different to the f150 what miss did you have to make to get it to fit? Thanks

I've got a heavy duty 4wd track and pinion and will make it up soon to suit up let you guys know how it goes
