Take your old belt & cut it, route it around the pulleys with the tensioner held back, mark it where the cut end overlaps, & measure it. The 910 in your belt means 91". i used this method when I eliminated the smog pump on my 5.8, worked fine. You should be able to exchange your new belt, unless you've gotten it all greasy or something.

I am not sure why it didn't work for you,maybe there is a difference between the belt routings of a 92 and a 95?

My truck is at work so I can't answer you today, if nobody else does I'll post the size tomorrow for you. Mine's an '89 F250 5.8 with the dummy air conditioner pulley(no way to remove that, I tried) so you'd need to check if our trucks both called for the same size stock belt, or it'll be the wrong size. I imagine Ford made the dummy pulley the same size as the Air Conditioned trucks compressor pulley, but I'm not sure.

Dayco #5060830, I have a 3g alt on mine, I forgot 'till I looked under the hood, the pulley's a little bigger, but that size should be right or close, assuming all other pulleys are the same between our 2 trucks

Guys,

Not to hijack a thread here but are you guys passing emissions tests without the smog pump?

Hi; there;
Here in the Netherlands they don't test your smog; they test the CO2 value and the Lambavalue.
Because I'm using LPG (injection) Smogtests are useless because LPG is the cleanest fuel one can get.
All those smoghoses are now in the dustbin ; what a luxurious space to change the sparkplugs! I removed the coalcannister from the gastank as well. Let Al Gore keep an eye on the environment; I'll do my business
all the best Ton
