F-150 Future of Tough and Past

The Ford F-150 has seen a lot since it went into production some 67 years ago. In 1948, the beginnings of the Cold War were starting to take shape, and the nation of Israel was proclaimed. But it was also the first year of the F-150’s continuous production run that goes on today.

Being around that long means you’ve seen a lot of changes. The Ford F-150 has seen a lot of changes since its humble beginnings. It’s grown in size and complexity, and also in price. But it’s also grown immensely in capability and everyday practicality.

Check out this video from Ford showing the changes in each truck as it progresses through the generations. It’s not an in-depth documentary, but rather just a quick trip down memory lane.

Many of you here are fans of some of the classic Fords, so give this video a watch and share with us some of your favorites! Personally, I’m a fan of newer stuff, HOWEVER the 1948 F-1 just looks so darn good. I’d love to have one in my garage.
