VIP Monster Pack Offers Exclusive Access at Carlisle Truck Nationals

Monster Trucks!  The phrase alone elicits specific emotions.  Those emotions and those trucks will be on display as part of the Carlisle Truck Nationals, August 5-7 at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds.  With six trucks scheduled to be at the show and an overwhelming demand for access to rides and their drivers, Carlisle Events is pleased  to announce its VIP Monster Pack for the 2011 event.

For just $60 ($45 for an adult and $15 for a child), the VIP Monster Pack is the best way for families to experience the Monster Truck action at the Carlisle Truck Nationals up close and personal.  The pack not only gets you through the main gates, but also allows for exclusive autograph and photo access to the trucks, drivers and teams.  Special reserved seating is also available in the main grandstand during monster truck shows.  Further, the purchase of the VIP Monster Pack allows for a ride on the monster ride truck.  Finally, each VIP Monster Pack entitles its holder to two hot dogs and a 16 ounce soda OR a $7.50 concessions credit at Woody’s Fuel Stop plus a limited edition baseball cap.  The VIP Monster Pack includes it all ““ access, seating, interaction, concessions credit and a limited edition hat.

Scheduled to compete are War Wizard and Virginia Giant.  War Wizard joins the 2011 Carlisle Truck Nationals fun fresh off its Monster Jam season and aims to crush cars, kick up some dust and entertain fans of all ages.  War Wizard will be squaring off against Virginia Giant, a truck that kids love and fathers dream of driving.

In addition to the two trucks competing, two more will be on display – Lil’ Squirt and Silly Willy.  The trucks were built and designed by 1st Attack Engineering, Inc. President Jeffrey Cook.  Silly Willy is a 1952 Willys with a Wildfire MFG bed unit, 454 Chevy engine, turbo 400 transmission, 20 inches of suspension travel with 1.5 ton axles, 53″ tall tires and is Fire Engine Red with yellow flames on the front.  Jeff’s other ride, Lil’ Squirt is far from Lil’ (or little). Squirt sits atop 52" tires and is a 1937 Downs MFG. This one also has the Fire Engine Red paint scheme.

The final two trucks are differently unique with one specially designed to entertain the entire family by giving them a ride and the other built for ultimate destruction.  The ride truck has an elongated bed with seats and access steps installed to haul young and old alike around the grounds.  The destruction truck isn’t really a truck; it’s more like a machine.  Back by popular demand is Megasaurus, a fire-breathing, car-eating monster that has entertained crowds nationwide.

Limited VIP Monster Packs are available and can be obtained by calling 717-243-7855 or ordering online at www.CarlisleEvents.com.  Monster Truck action is just one part of the Carlisle Truck Nationals. With an annual crowd of nearly 40,000, haul in to one of the largest truck events geared towards the entire family. This show is a must-attend with over 2,000 trucks of all shapes and sizes. You’ll see everything from restored classics, lifted or lowered 2- and 4-wheel drives to chromed-out big rigs.
