Two-Tone Tuesday: Lifted ’77 Ford F-150 is Pure Rolling Perfection on Wheels
Nut and bolt restored 1977 F-150 is simply perfect everywhere you look, but the price of perfection is rather high.
Every once in a while, we come across a truck so cool that it stops us in our proverbial tracks. This 1977 Ford F-150 that we spotted over at Vanguard Motor Sales is such a machine. Sitting atop its pedestal like a polished jewel, we couldn’t help but find ourselves mesmerized by its beauty. But all of the qualifications are certainly there – two-tone, perfect stance, stunning condition, and built in the ’70s. Check, check, and check.
The seller claims this classic F-150 has undergone a nut and bolt restoration, and the attention to detail is simply amazing. From the flawless exterior to the engine bay and undercarriage, the truck looks far better than it did the day it was assembled. Somebody clearly spent a lot of money on this thing, as every single piece of trim and painted surface shines like the sun in the heat of summer.
Sitting up high on a lift of unspecified height, this red and black beauty rolls on a set of polished aluminum wheels and 33-inch tires. Not the largest we’ve ever seen, but they fit the stance of this F-150 perfectly. Power steering and power disc brakes up front also make the long bed pickup a little more pleasant to drive on a daily basis.
