Truckin’ Tuesday – Take Home This Lifted Ford F-250 4×4
Christmas isn’t here yet, but if you’re already looking for the perfect present to yourself, this sweet 1985 Ford F-250 4X4 will definitely do the trick. After all, you can always park it until December—just think of it as layaway…
The guys at Vanguard Motor Sales have created another entertaining video to convince us of buying this beast, but by the looks of this one, it won’t take much convincing at all. While I’m not a huge fan of the chromed wheels, I have to admit that the rest of this 1985 Ford F-250 3/4 ton truck looks spot on, even the two-tone brown and tan paint scheme looks on-point, and all the moldings look to be in great shape. Also, the interior is simply immaculate! According to the sales guy (not that you should trust him), this truck “was kept in a heated garage covered in white sheets.” Though I think he was just kidding.
Under the hood is a massive 7.5 liter Ford 460 block, and judging by this video it seems to run pretty well. The AC is also said to work flawlessly, and I’m starting to wonder if this truck may be too good to be true. But just when I have my doubts, I look at its various angles (even underneath the truck) and the whole thing looks to have been loved and pampered throughout its life.
