TRUCKIN’ FAST Blown 5.0 Ford F-150 Goes 11.09

This week’s Truckin’ Fast video features a 2014 Ford F-150 short bed, regular cab pickup in action on the quarter mile. The details are limited, but we know that this quick pickup is packing the 5.0L V8 with many of its original components (stock long block) and the stock transmission.

Helping to make it so quick is a Roush supercharger and I would guess that it also has some exhaust modifications along with bigger gears. It also has sticky Hoosier tires, but it appears as though they are on the stock rims.

Really, when the video begins and this black F-150 is moving into the waterbox, it looks like your pretty run of the mill 2014 Ford pickup – but that all changes when the burnout begins. This F-150 puts a serious smokin’ to the rear tires and the 5.0L V8 engine the hood sounds incredible while heating up the tires.

This burnout makes it very clear that this F-150 is far from stock and when the race begins, we can see just how fast this full size truck really is as it rockets down the quarter mile.

In the end, this Roushcharged F-150 runs a stunning 11.09 at 124 miles per hour.
