TRUCK YOU! Step into Fire240’s Garage
Maryland might not be as rugged as Texas, as mountainous as Colorado, or as rural as Oklahoma, but apparently it is still home to some impressive Ford trucks. Shaun (A.K.A. fire240) proves this point quite well.
Considering he is a Posting Legend here on Ford-Trucks, it should come to no surprise that his rig backs him up. Upon stepping into his garage, one is presented with quite an impressionable beast: A 2009 Ford F-150 Super Cab XL 4×4 4.6L 2-Valve V8.
Shaun is clearly a fan or Ford trucks, but that isn’t his only interest, either. He also enjoys history, hunting, and guns. Even so, Shaun has obviously spent quite a bit of time working on and improving this truck — and he has certainly done quite a good job!
So far, he has an N-Fab light bar, LED lights, a hidden winch mount with 9500 lb winch, and a 2″ leveling kit. Despite suffering two mishaps that sent the truck to the body shop (check out his build thread for the stories), the kit did finally get installed — and it definitely looks good!
Up next for this truck will be the wheels and tires. Shaun does not mention what his plan is for those, but judging by how nice it looks now, we can expect it to be good! With his average rate of posting at over thirty-three posts per day, I’m sure that he’ll keep everyone up to date on the new editions!
This superb F-150 Super Cab is Shaun’s current ride, though he also had a 2001 F-150 before it was totaled at fifty miles per hour. He also rides a black 2003 F-150 that sports no modifications and has taken on a 1994 E-350 Ambulance as a recent project.
It seems that Shaun is up to his ears in Ford trucks! Go check out Shaun’s garage and leave some comments, browse through the photos, and have a good time!
