TRUCK PULLIN’ 1999 Ford F-250 Diesel Tackles the Big Sled
This week’s Truck Pullin’ video features a 1999 Ford F-250 packing the 7.3L PowerStroke diesel taking on the big sled. We don’t have any information on the truck, but we know that this run took place at the 2015 Sublimity Harvest Festival in Oregon. This F-250 clearly sits higher than stock, with aftermarket wheels and tires making traction more plausible, but the lack of sound and smoke makes me wonder if the engine of this Ford Super Duty isn’t fairly stock.
In any case, the F-250 starts off from the line slow and steady, kicking up mud as the truck makes its way down the track with the big sled in tow. The driver appears to be making good progress until around the 200 foot mark where traction goes away and the Ford gets the flag.
